This unit offers a study of the Structure and Theology of the Gospel of St John in contrast to the Synoptic gospels. It pays attention to its literary structure, as well as its Christology and the unique themes that it contains, such as eternal life, discipleship, spirituality and eschatology. Special emphasis will be given to references to the Holy Sacraments.
