Content

Students will be introduced to pastoral care theory and its application. Attention will be given to the different settings of care, and to a range of pastoral issues which may arise within different contexts. Students will develop effective caring skills and begin to develop an understanding of their own pastoral identity, as well as how to sustain healthy pastoral practices, grounded in a biblical and theological approach to pastoral care.
