This unit builds on learning from Introductory Koine Greek by further developing language skills in the New Testament, Septuagint and other contemporaneous Koine literature. Further capacity in grammar, vocabulary and language communicative approaches will be gained through reading aloud, translation, and interpretation of more complex Koine Greek texts. Students will apply extended exegetical and text-critical skills to the texts throughout the course.
