Content

This unit provides a foundation for theology through a feminist lens. Students are introduced to core theological concepts such as christology, trinity, hope, Scripture and sexuality, the human person, and leadership in the Christian community through reading original texts by influential feminist theologians. Students will come to appreciate the significance of context in the work of feminist theologians working in the global South and various geo-political realities. The unit is taught collaboratively, reflecting feminist practice and as well as content.
