This unit introduces students to the key themes in John Wesley’s theology around the central theme of ‘grace’ and provides a comprehensive study of the eighteenth-century foundations of Wesleyan theology, its subsequent development, the place of Wesleyan theology within ecumenical thought, and its relevance to contemporary theology and ministry practice.
