Christian organisations are underpinned by a number of Christian, and possibly denominationally based, theological perspectives. The organisations are Christian by means of vision and a theologically informed orientation which manifests itself in what they do and their understanding of why they do it. This unit provides students with the opportunity to engage with selected theological concepts and consider their impact on an organisation's culture, operations and leadership practices. It is expected that individual Colleges will teach the unit from the denominational perspective relevant to them and the cohort.
