Content

This unit requires students to identify and reflect on how they see themselves as leaders and compare this to how others see them. They will explore their current leadership context (with, in schools and early learning facilities where it exists, reference to the quality schools data) and critically examine the examples of effective leadership which are present in their environment. Using this data, students will distill the Lutheran Education Australia Leadership Development Program learning outcomes in conjunction with the graduate outcomes of the Graduate Certificate in Leadership to set personal learning goals for their journey through the award.
