Content

This is the first of two units to enable students to reflect on their own formation as a missional leader and the factors that contribute to their formation and continued development. Themes include character development, emotional intelligence, personality matters, authenticity, communication, and missional living. Students will also be reflect on their active involvement in a leadership role within a local church/organization, utilise a companion/coach to reflect on leadership, and engage in peer reflection.
