This unit introduces students to a range of group and interpersonal dynamics that occur in pastoral and ministry settings. Students will explore the processes of communication and consider how the ability to effectively communicate with people from different backgrounds is fundamental to good ministry praxis. Students will explore tools and habits that build self awareness and the capacity for self management and reflect on how these impact the relationships they have in and through ministry settings.
