This unit will enable students to explore the application of Group Counselling in a Professional Christian Counselling context. Students will consider the ethical challenges of group therapy particularly with regard to the inclusion of spirituality topics during the therapy.

Describe and ethically integrate theories of group counselling
Consider the benefits of incorporating spirituality into counselling of a homogeneous group
Consider the benefits of incorporating spirituality into counselling of heterogeneous and homogeneous groups
This is an elective unit within the Advanced Diploma in Counselling and The Bachelor of Counselling
This unit is delivered through lectures, readings, workshops and supervision.
