In this unit, students will learn about the signficance of organisational vision, purpose, and values for strategic planning. Students will be taught models and be given the opportunity to adapt and apply these in their context. They will be guided in how to craft and implement strategic and operational goals. The unit also considers how staff selection and performance management, as well as wise change and conflict management can enable effective steering of organisations.
