Content

Anglican missional leading is concerned with fostering resilient, creative, and faithful communities and organisations through discerning and responding to the missio Dei in the world today. This unit will equip students with a reflexive method of leading in the Anglican theological heritage. Students will develop leadership strategies and tools for the contemporary religious and organisational landscape. A key feature of this unit is the integration of critical theological reflection and adaptive leadership practices as a framework for mobilising communities to address the most significant challenges and opportunities in their context.
