This unit introduces students to selected leadership and organisational change theories, models, and frameworks. Students will learn to explore the effectiveness of change situations and initiatives in different contexts. Students will also be expected to develop their own understanding of change leadership skills through critical analysis, case studies and practical examples.

Appraise theories, concepts, techniques and models of change management and their applications in organisational settings
