This unit explores theoretical and practical aspects of organisational communication and will guide students through a broad range of issues central to management and business communication. The use of information and communication technologies, including employees’ voice, public relations, crisis management, client communication, and the used of informal communication will be explored. Real world case studies and practical communication dilemmas will be part of the learning experience.
