Engaging with Critical praxis as the primary theorical modality, advanced theoretical and practical sessions, case studies, personal scenarios, and group work will support the exploration of more challenging professional situations. A range of advanced techniques will become familiar including theoretical input and practice in the psychodynamics of parallel process, transference, countertransference, and resistance. This unit will equip candidates to interrogate the system dynamics of their role and develop deeper critical contextual understanding.
