The unit provides students with the opportunity to undertake an integrative project across a range of theological disciplines addressing the learning outcomes for the relevant award. In consultation with a member of faculty the student will draw on their previous study across multiple disciplines to address a theme, topic, problem, or area of professional practice.

Learning outcomes

1.

Present integrated theological ideas coherently and effectively from at least two fields of study.

Plan and produce a substantial integrative project that demonstrates established skills in research, writing and presentation.

Unit sequence

This is a summative unit, required for all degree awards, and is usually undertaken in the final semester of study.

Pedagogy

Students work together in a cohort in which they present their work to their peers and to a cross-disciplinary team of faculty members, guided by the teacher of the unit.
